As a travel enthusiast from the United States, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Little Elbow Room in Totnes, UK. From the moment we arrived, our host Roger went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even provided us with rides to and from the train station, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. the apartment itself was charming and filled with character, much like the picturesque town of Totnes. the two bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and the living room provided a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. the highlight for us was definitely the private terrace with stunning city views – a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine while taking in the sights. The location of the property was unbeatable, just steps away from the main shopping street, Market Square, and Totnes Castle. We loved being able to easily walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and the local market. the free parking permit provided by Roger made our stay even more convenient. One of the standout features of the apartment was the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, oven, and all the essentials needed to cook a meal. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh roses on the table, bed linen, and towels provided. the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower was another plus.
